Does Le Bal des Créateurs specialize in color transformations?
Le Bal des Créateurs specializes in color transformations. Our experienced stylists are trained to create customized color transformations tailored to each customer. If you are interested in a color transformation, please make an appointment with us for a personalized consultation.
How long does the plant-based coloring service last?
This depends on several factors, such as hair length and texture, as well as the desired result. In general, vegetal coloring can take from 1 to 4 hours, depending on the number of applications required (1, 2 or 3). This also includes consultation time to determine the desired color, as well as post-color care. At Le Bal des Créateurs, our experienced plant colorists take the time to work with each customer to create a customized color that suits their complexion and style.

What brand of hairdressing products can I buy at Bal des Créateurs?
Being an independent hair salon and not tied to an exclusive partnership (unlike most hair salons), we have a vast selection of hair products carefully selected, tested and adapted to every hair type (curly, frizzy or straight, highlighted, colored or natural, fine, thick, etc.). Here are some of the leading product ranges we offer our customers: Oribe, Kevin Murphy, Marcapar and Christophe Robin, Dyson, OWOW.
Do you have curly hair specialists?
We have two hairdressers who specialize in curly hair care. They know how to take care of your curls and enhance your hair. P.S. - We strongly recommend the "fitagem" styling method for curly hair!
Do you make dry cuts?
Yes, many of our hairdressers offer this service.
Do you have hairdressers who specialize in blond tones?
Yes, our team is made up of colorists who are experts in blond tones and can meet all your needs. Blonde hair color is one of our specialties at Bal des Créateurs.
Is it possible to get a quote before the service?
Yes, we invite you to come to the show and meet our specialists, who will be happy to advise you. You can visit us at any time of day during our opening hours.
The estimate will be given to you before any service and confirmed with you. Don't hesitate to ask for it if it's not available.
Can I take a photo of my BodyPass card?
No, you have to show us your membership card.
If this is not the case, we will unfortunately not be able to take your Bodypass card into account and apply the discount.
Can I show a photo of my gift voucher?
No, you must present us with your physical or printed gift voucher and show us a unique code.
Otherwise, we will unfortunately not be able to take it into account.
Do you offer special rates for students?
Yes, we do offer student rates (under 25), but only on presentation of your student card.
Is it possible to come without an appointment?
We'd love to! Our team is large enough to welcome walk-in customers. However, we cannot 100% guarantee that you will be taken care of immediately, especially if you wish to see a particular expert. In this case, we strongly recommend that you book your slot with the expert of your choice.
If I only come for a color service, is it possible to decide at the last minute to have a haircut as well? And vice versa?
We will always do our best to find a solution and organize the extra service, but we cannot 100% guarantee that it will be possible.
