All other appointment or order procedures are excluded.<\/p>\n By making an appointment or placing an order, the Customer binds himself and declares that he is making a firm and definitive request<\/span> to Bal des Cr\u00e9ateurs for the appointment selected<\/span>, under the conditions indicated on the Site. Formally, the Customer makes an appointment (subject to the resolutory conditions set out in articles 10 to 12) from the moment Le Bal des Cr\u00e9ateurs sends the Appointment Confirmation to the Customer. Le Bal des Cr\u00e9ateurs reserves the right to refuse an appointment at its own discretion, without being obliged to give reasons<\/span>.<\/p>\n The data recorded by Le Bal des Cr\u00e9ateurs constitutes irrefutable proof that an appointment has been made. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes irrefutable proof of financial transactions.<\/p>\n Le Bal des Cr\u00e9ateurs reserves the right to modify its prices and price lists at any time. Only the price indicated in the Appointment Confirmation is binding.<\/p>\n Prices shown on the Site are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT and SWICO tax where applicable. They do not include any additional taxes that may be required by law.Prices shown on the Site are valid only in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.<\/p>\n The payment methods accepted by Le Bal des Cr\u00e9ateurs are exclusively those indicated on the Site.<\/p>\n All appointments are subject to the prior payment of<\/span> a deposit of at least 10% of the total amount excluding VAT of the service ordered, or of the total amount including VAT of the services requested. If Le Bal des Cr\u00e9ateurs exceptionally refuses to make an appointment, the amount paid by the Customer will be refunded (without interest). If only a deposit has been paid, Le Bal des Cr\u00e9ateurs will inform the customer of the procedure to follow to pay the balance of the price. If, despite a reminder e-mail from Bal des Cr\u00e9ateurs, the Customer does not pay the balance, for any reason whatsoever, Le Bal des Cr\u00e9ateurs will be released from its obligation to provide a service and the deposit may be retained by Le Bal des Cr\u00e9ateurs as contractual penalty.<\/span>This is to settle all accounts and claims in connection with the service(s) concerned.<\/p>\n ATTENTION: Only cancellations made 3h00 in advance will be accepted. All bookings confirmed by sms and\/or by our reception are now subject to a deposit to avoid missed or forgotten appointments. We regret this measure, which we had to take due to the large number of missed appointments, and thank you for your understanding.<\/i><\/p>\n Payments are made via servers provided and secured by Bal des Cr\u00e9ateurs’ partner financial institutions, so that no financial information concerning the Customer passes through our servers.<\/p>\n The risk of a malfunction of the payment system is borne by the Customer, at the entire discharge of Bal des Cr\u00e9ateurs.<\/p>\n Customers can purchase gift vouchers through the Site. These are transferable and can therefore be offered to third parties. Gift vouchers cannot be acquired by means of a discount or commercial offer granted to the Customer (e.g. a discount that would have been granted or an amount that would have been offered by Le Bal des Cr\u00e9ateurs).<\/p>\n Gift vouchers have a value of CHF 10, 20, 50, 100, 200 or 500 and can be used to order products or services on the Site, supplemented if necessary with another means of payment accepted by Le Bal des Cr\u00e9ateurs. However, they cannot be added together.<\/p>\n The value of a gift voucher cannot be paid out in cash and does not earn interest.<\/p>\n Each gift voucher is valid for two years from the date of purchase.<\/p>\n Gift vouchers are delivered in electronic format directly to the purchaser’s customer account. The latter is then solely responsible for access to – and the use, possible transmission and conservation of – the gift vouchers he\/she has acquired.
